Cities including Fuzhou, Xiamen, Zhangzhou, Quanzhou and Ganzhou as well as Guangdong Province. Ganzhou-Longyan Railway passes through the company and connects with Beijing-Kowloon Railway 140km far from the company. The company was established in 2004 with the total investment of RMB 300 million and a floor area of about 23.33ha. The company boasts over 50, 000m2 of production workshop, 2 semi-trailer welding and assembling lines and a dump and tank truck production line, 250 sets of major production equipment including 30 sets of large equipment such as underwater plasma auto cutter(Hypertherm), fully-automatic submerged arc welder(Lincoln Electric), plate shears, bender, 1000t hydraulic press, large sandblasting booth and paint spray booth and automobile inspection line, forming the capacity to annually produce 10, 000 semi-trailers, The company participated in the key construction program supporting old revolutionary base areas in Fujian province, has received inspection and guidance from national, porvincial and municipal leaders and was entitled the Advanced Unit in the preliminary work of the city's key program construction in 2005. The company passed the ISO9001: 2000 international quality system certification in March 2006 and national automobile products compulsory certification (3C certification) in June 2006.

The company now has 200 employees, including 30 engineering technicians comprising 6 senior engineers, 9 engineers and 20 other technicians. The company co-built a special vehicle R&D center with Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, with famous professionals as its directors. The product series developed by the company such as "Minxing" container semi-trailer, dump truck, drop side semi-trailer for bulk cargo, lowboy semi-trailer, car-carrying semi-trailer and tank truck(semi-trailer for bulk powder goods and concrete mixer truck), are applied in the transportation of various goods.
